President Bola Tinubu on Thursday, held a meeting with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
While the details of the meeting are yet to be made public, the meeting between the two leaders is coming at a time when protest is rocking several major cities in the country over the rising cost of living and harsh economic situation.
The protest also extended to Abuja, with demonstrations reported in several parts of the FCT, particularly around the Central Area, including the vicinity of Eagle Square, where protesters ignored warnings from security agencies to vacate the area.
